Heartburn Cafe

Hi, I’m Al Schuessler, one of the hosts of Heartburn Cafe. I have been pastoring for 39 years and at the present time have a passion for sharing the abundant and victorious Christian life of Jesus Christ with teens, college dudes and young couples with children and teens. I enjoy ministering on the cutting edge of Christianity. I believe God is preparing a new wave of Christianity spreading throughout our nation. I don’t know about you, but I want to be a part of such a movement! I believe a new generation is being prepared to present to the world an authentic Christianity without all of its hypocrisy. Let’s catch the wave and ride it as far as we can!

… and Hi, I’m Stephen Healy, the other host of Heartburn Cafe. I have been involved in student ministry for 8 years, and am always amazed at what Christians (young and old) with zeal for God can accomplish in his/her community when surrendered to the Spirit. There is no shortage of need for Jesus freaks in our world, and God wants to do a world-change through each of us! So sit back and enjoy a cup of Joe as we discuss how to get some serious “heartburn” for His purpose.
